How to register my credit card to activate my subscription

To activate your subscription with B2Chat, you need to enter your credit card information. Below, we have provided the steps you must follow to activate your subscription.

Steps to register your credit card

1. Click on General Settings ⚙️ (located in the menu on the left side of the platform) and go to My Account.
2. In My Account, click on the blue link (located under the Save button 💾) that says Management subscription.
3. Click the To Subscribe button.
4. When you click on the To Subscribe button, you will be redirected to Place to Pay💰 (our payment platform) . Enter your email 📬 address and click the Continue button.
5. Type in your information (a type of document, document number, first and last name, mobile phone📱number) and click the Continue button.
6. Enter your credit card information 💳 in the text areas (card number, expiration date, security code, number of payment installments) and click the Continue button.
7. A message will appear informing you that your subscription has been approved👌. Once you see the message on your screen, click on Return to commerce.
8. Our system will redirect you to the billing form. Enter your company information in the text areas (this information is necessary for billing our service); once finished, click on the Save button 💾.
9. Once you click on the Save 💾 button your subscription becomes active ✅.
