1. Check if you are copying the correct username or password
2. Verify that you are on the authentication page: https://app.b2chat.io/login
3. If the username is correct and you are not sure of the password use the option Forgot your username or password?
4. Ask the administrator to help you validate that your username is active in the users module and that your business is also active in the My Account option.
