In B2Chat, you can not only create databases with your contacts from scratch, but you can also export the file to use them wherever and however you want. In this article, we show you how to do it.
Having an organized record 🤓 of all your leads is very important to create lasting business relationships and expand your business, that is why in B2Chat you can export your databases 📎 from the platform and thus use it however you wish to.
Learn to export your contacts, following the steps:
How to export your contacts from B2Chat
Step 1: Enter B2Chat with your username and password🔐.
Step 2: Click on the contacts module, located at the bottom left hand side of your screen.
Step 3: Delimit the contacts you wish to export by date range 📆, to do this you must click on "Date Filter" located on the left side of the blue button 🔵
Then select a start date and a close date.
Finally, click on the gray button "Apply" this way your list will only contain the contacts created between the selected days.
⚠️ Note: You can also create quick filters, by clicking on one of these buttons: "Last day", "Last 2 days", "Last 7 days", "Last 14 days", "Last 30 days"
Step 4: Click on the green button ✔️: “Export” located on the right side of your screen.
Step 5: In the pop-up window, type in the email to which you want to send your exported list and click on the blue button 🔵 : "Export".
⚠️ Note: If you wish to send the list to more than one address you can type in several emails separating them with commas (,)
Step 6: Search 🔎 for a recent message in the email you entered, there you should find an email sent by B2Chat that is attached to an Excel file with your contact list.
Step 7: Download the file 📎 and voila! You will have an Excel document with all the data for your contacts, divided by columns that correspond to the fields (custom and standard) of your B2CHAT listings.
⚠️ Note: Remember to download your file within a maximum period of 7 days, after this time period the email sent by B2Chat will no longer be valid and your file cannot be downloaded for security reasons.
