Below, we have included steps to change your credit card information, so that you may continue making your payments without issue.
To change your credit card information 💳, follow these steps:
- Click on General Settings ⚙️ located in the menu, on the left - hand side of the platform.
- Click on My account.
- Inside My account click on the blue link ➡️ that reads Management subscription.
- Click on Credit Cards 💳 located in the menu that appears at the top of the screen.
- Once inside Credit Cards, the franchise, the card number, and the expiration date of your current card will appear on your screen.
- Select the Edit 🖊️ button to change your credit card 💳 information.
- Our system will redirect you to our payment platform (Place to Pay) and will ask you to enter your email address 📬 to continue on to the next step.
- Enter your contact information (a type of document, document, first name, last name, and 📱mobile phone number) in the text areas and click Continue.
- Enter the information for your new credit card 💳 (card number, expiration date, security code, and the number of payment installments) and click Continue.
- A message will appear informing you that your subscription has been approved👌. Once you see the message on your screen, click on Return to commerce.
- Go back to Credit Cards 💳 and verify that the changes have been made correctly.
ℹ️ If your credit card 💳 is declined, try again. If the problem persists, try another card or contact your bank 🏦
