How to change your credit card info

Below, we have included steps to change your credit card information, so that you may continue making your payments without issue.

To change your credit card information 💳, follow these steps:

  1. Click on General Settings ⚙️ located in the menu, on the left - hand side of the platform.
  2. Click on My account.
  3. Inside My account click on the blue link ➡️ that reads Management subscription.
  4. Click on Credit Cards 💳 located in the menu that appears at the top of the screen.
  5. Once inside Credit Cards, the franchise, the card number, and the expiration date of your current card will appear on your screen.
  6. Select the Edit 🖊️ button to change your credit card 💳 information.
  7. Our system will redirect you to our payment platform (Place to Pay) and will ask you to enter your email address 📬 to continue on to the next step.
  8. Enter your contact information (a type of document, document, first name, last name, and 📱mobile phone number) in the text areas and click Continue.
  9. Enter the information for your new credit card 💳 (card number, expiration date, security code, and the number of payment installments) and click Continue.
  10. A message will appear informing you that your subscription has been approved👌. Once you see the message on your screen, click on Return to commerce.
  11. Go back to Credit Cards 💳  and verify that the changes have been made correctly.
